She has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. After working for more than a decade as a Denver software Executive, Karey cast off her ties to conventional life and embarked upon a yogic journey. She became a yoga teacher and entrepreneur. First she bought and operated Inner Waves Organic Clothing for Yogis. Then she expanded and bought ONE Yoga DTC.

Employment History:Established in 2012 - The Denver market is rich with yoga studios: power yoga studios equipped with shower facilities and independent boutique studios rich with traditionally trained instructors. However, the market was lacking a place that combined the two - a calm-inducing, spa-like facility, with showers, in a great location like the Denver Tech Center, that provided both Power Yoga and Traditional Yoga. ONE Yoga truly serves the physical, spiritual, and healing aspects of the human spirit.
